Ingredients

· 5 teaspoons ground black pepper

· 5 tablespoons ground cumin

· 2 tablespoons ground cardamom seeds

· 3 teaspoons ground tumeric

· 2 teaspoons ground coriander seeds

Mix together and store in a tightly covered jar, away from light. Makes about 1/2 cup.
